Join fellow members and friends of Trout Unlimited for our annual retreat at the historic Wa Wa Sum Lodge in beautiful Grayling. This yearly gathering combines conservation, education, camaraderie, and outstanding trout fishing during one of the best times of the season.

What to Expect

    This year’s project will continue the maintenance and improvement work at Guide’s Rest, continuing the efforts our group has supported over the past several years.

    Enjoy an engaging presentation focused on trout, rivers, conservation, or flyfishing techniques.

  • Great Food & Fellowship
    Share meals, stories, and laughs with fellow anglers in the warm atmosphere of historic Wa Wa Sum Lodge.

  • Prime Trout Fishing
    Early July brings excellent fishing opportunities, with hatches typically in full swing on area rivers and streams.

  • Guests may stay one, two, three, or four nights
